Owns bid event execution, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement, with a focus on automation/AI opportunities and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end execution of competitive bidding events, including RFx development, supplier communications, event administration in Coupa, and multiple e-auction formats.
•Coordinate bid analysis, supplier evaluations, and result communications; provide clear award recommendations aligned to business requirements.
•Negotiate with designated suppliers for quick-bid commodities and document saving outcomes per policy.
•Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for cycle time, participation, compliance, savings, and supplier performance.
•Identify automation/AI opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and customer experience.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/ Finance or related field (or equivalent business-related experience).
•7+ years procurement/sourcing/bid management experience (or 5+ years with a post-graduate degree).
•Baseline requirement: 5+ years Procurement or Sourcing experience.
•Proficiency with Coupa/Ariba or comparable tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
•Advanced analytical skills and basic negotiation capabilities with demonstrated experience managing competitive bid events (RFx and e-auctions).
