Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with VA Account Representatives and internal teams to maintain a close, responsive relationship with the VA and own technical relationships across the account.
  • •Serve as a trusted technical advisor to VA stakeholders and drive successful technical adoption, expansion, and long-term value.
  • •Guide architectural and strategic technology decisions, recommending technical architectures, model design, development patterns, migration strategies, upgrade procedures, and operational best practices.
  • •Design, build, and present proofs of concept (PoCs), prototypes, and support beta test and pre-launch activities.
  • •Deliver on-site training and support marketing activities; write proposals/solution overviews and report technical and non-technical issues with oversight of resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years as a Technical Account Manager and/or Solution Consultant, with preference for U.S. Government experience.
  • •Experience with government security standards (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA) and knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance in healthcare/public sector.
  • •Strong architecture design and technical documentation skills, including ability to handle technical questions and provide solutions.
  • •Demonstrated experience with enterprise development concepts such as object-oriented programming, SQL/NoSQL, and building/leading proofs of concept, prototypes, and paid pilots.
  • •Communication skills to deliver presentations/demos and interact with stakeholders from clinicians to C-level executives and software engineers.
