Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership and strategic initiative development to grow the evaluation and benefits management work area.
  • •Engage and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders, offering strategic advice to meet client goals.
  • •Oversee delivery of complex evaluation and benefits management projects and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • •Work with leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including preparing bids and proposals.
  • •Support recruitment, mentoring, and development of the evaluation and benefits management team and promote diversity and inclusion.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience working in the evaluation field.
  • •Higher degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • •Chartered Status or membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g., CIHT, TPS, or UK Evaluation Society).
  • •Practical experience applying mixed methods and designing theory-based, experimental/quasi-experimental evaluation for transport projects and programmes.
  • •Proven expertise designing and implementing Benefits Management, plus strong analytical competency in consultancy settings.
