  • •Build a system for analyzing and visualizing millions of data points about agent performance and enable agent developers to run A/B tests to drive data-driven decisions about agent behavior.
  • •Develop Explorer, the AI-powered clustering tool over conversational data, to enable advanced data exploration.
  • •Create monitoring systems to proactively identify defects or new patterns in agent behavior.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade features and maintainablescale.
  • •Design and implement scalable data pipelines and backend services to support analytics and experimentation across the platform.
