Job Summary

Coordinate and optimize the Cargo FL Transporter Management System (TMS) to ensure seamless integration across Transporter Management, Inventory Management, and Packing Material modules. Drive system upgrades, data analysis, and compliance for forward/return journeys and end-to-end inventory tracking. Manage packing-material inventory readiness for new sites, support transporter onboarding and API readiness, and deliver user support, trainings, and SOP updates to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and optimize Cargo FL TMS operations, ensuring integration and functionality across Transporter Management, Inventory Management, and Packing Material modules.
•Plan system upgrades per business requirements, align with service providers, and provide data-driven insights for forward and return journeys.
•Optimize inventory and order management for packing materials across the network, ensuring accurate tracking and end-to-end compliance.
•Manage transporter operations in TMS, including API health (Track/POD), LR adjustments, bad-data correction, onboarding, and rate card updates.
•Support users by managing user IDs/permissions, running trainings, handling packing-list upload issues, coordinating during TMS downtime, and updating SOPs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management focused on transportation and inventory management systems.
•Strong understanding of SAP and ERP systems, plus data analytics capability.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills for system planning and optimization.
•Experience managing cross-functional projects, with effective communication and negotiation skills.
