Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and optimize Cargo FL TMS operations, ensuring integration and functionality across Transporter Management, Inventory Management, and Packing Material modules.
  • •Plan system upgrades per business requirements, align with service providers, and provide data-driven insights for forward and return journeys.
  • •Optimize inventory and order management for packing materials across the network, ensuring accurate tracking and end-to-end compliance.
  • •Manage transporter operations in TMS, including API health (Track/POD), LR adjustments, bad-data correction, onboarding, and rate card updates.
  • •Support users by managing user IDs/permissions, running trainings, handling packing-list upload issues, coordinating during TMS downtime, and updating SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management focused on transportation and inventory management systems.
  • •Strong understanding of SAP and ERP systems, plus data analytics capability.
  • •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills for system planning and optimization.
  • •Experience managing cross-functional projects, with effective communication and negotiation skills.
