Key Responsibilities

•Execute regional activation of Smartsheet’s global AI narrative across APJ field teams, adapting messaging for sub-regional market maturity, buying behaviors, and competitive landscapes.
•Develop APJ-specific AI positioning guides and maintain field guidance based on how messaging resonates across APJ markets.
•Serve as the primary AI enablement resource for APJ field teams by translating global enablement into regionally relevant sales-ready formats.
•Support APJ go-to-market activation for the MCP platform, including multi-connector capabilities, partner integrations, and MCP use-case content for APJ enterprise integration ecosystems.
•Develop and deliver AI customer activation programs and source APJ customer proof points (case studies and reference stories) demonstrating AI-driven outcomes.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS environment, with meaningful time in or supporting APJ markets.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
•Direct experience translating global product narratives into regionally activated field content and sales enablement for APJ enterprise audiences.
•Working knowledge of AI and automation concepts to engage credibly with technical buyers, solution engineers, and product teams.
•Deep familiarity with APJ enterprise buying dynamics, including distinct sales cycles, partner ecosystems, and cultural considerations.
