Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage fund administration services for specific Mutual Fund / Insurance / AIF & PMS clients.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert and implement system changes while ensuring compliance with FIM and relevant local regulations.
  • •Ensure error-free NAV calculation and timely, accurate daily reporting to clients.
  • •Prepare client and regulatory reports, meeting prescribed formats and timelines.
  • •Handle audits (Statutory Audit, SEBI Audit, Internal Audit) and drive operational risk controls and process improvements via automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Sound knowledge of SEBI Mutual Fund regulations and financial accounting, preferably with a Bachelor of Commerce (specialized in accounting).
  • •At least 5-6 years of work experience in relevant operations/finance areas.
  • •Exposure to capital markets is an added advantage.
  • •Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
  • •Ability to perform duties with independent judgment and take accountability for delivery outcomes.
