Key Responsibilities

  • •Use software development and programming expertise to help partners build robust, scalable solutions that deliver Adyen products.
  • •Act as the long-term trusted technical contact for partners’ engineering and product teams, guiding platform capabilities and integration best practices.
  • •Provide ongoing technical support, hands-on assistance during implementation, and lead troubleshooting to ensure timely delivery.
  • •Develop deep knowledge of Adyen and partner product roadmaps and provide architectural recommendations for optimal integration.
  • •Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering stakeholders to advocate for partner needs and influence the roadmap for scalability and supportability.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years integrating and/or providing technical consultation with Web APIs or complex systems.
  • •Strong programming/scripting ability in one or more: Python, Java, JavaScript, or SQL.
  • •Proficiency in English.
  • •Availability to work 3 days in person in Amsterdam.
  • •Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems (APIs, databases, SDKs, etc.).
