Key Responsibilities

•Manage and oversee operations cells to meet required metrics and targets
•Supervise Assistant Foremen, Engineers, Technicians & Inspectors; build a multi-skilled workforce
•Drive quality and on-time delivery; lead root cause analysis for performance gaps
•Plan production schedules, overtime, and optimize manpower/resource allocation
•Control production activities, material flow, and inventory to meet cost, quality & delivery goals
•Conduct regular performance reviews to maintain high operational efficiency
•Support Department Manager on cost management and cost reduction initiatives
•Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, HR, Customer Service & Materials to achieve objectives
•Ensure compliance with CORE values, EH&S, and Ethics standards
•Perform additional duties as assigned by Department Manager

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline
•Minimum 4 years of experience in production/operations/manufacturing with supervisory exposure
•Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate teams to achieve business outcomes
•Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
•Exposure to Lean manufacturing or repair with a continuous improvement mindset
