Key Responsibilities

  • •Build or improve dashboards to track program effectiveness, engagement, and ROI across EWX initiatives.
  • •Identify manual, repetitive workflows and design AI-powered solutions to automate or streamline them.
  • •Analyze participation data, employee feedback, and outcome signals to recommend program improvements or new program designs.
  • •Work with internal platforms to improve data quality, user experience, or reporting capability.
  • •Support change management strategies and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • •Proficiency in Google Workspace, with working familiarity with a project management or process mapping tool (e.g., Asana, Jira, Lucidchart).
  • •Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and present data to inform operational decisions.
  • •Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to draft content, automate workflows, or prototype solutions.
  • •Utilizes generative AI responsibly with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and measurable improvements.
