Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform corrective, preventive, and planned maintenance on production-related equipment and support corrective actions independently as needed.
  • •Troubleshoot and improve highly complex motion controls systems and highly complex electro-mechanical systems.
  • •Ensure facility cleanliness and safety by applying 5S principles, identifying hazards immediately, and following hazardous energy policies and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
  • •Provide commissioning support for machine/system installations and maintain accurate records using work order tracking and MaintainX, including SDS/Safety Data Sheets.
  • •Respond to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions, coordinate repairs with production personnel, and analyze predictive maintenance trends to recommend improvements and reduce downtime.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent GED and be at least 18 years old with required proof of age.
  • •5+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or field work with related skills; 3+ years with electro-mechanical control systems.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot machinery without supervision and document/interpret predictive and preventive maintenance data for process improvement.
  • •Knowledge of and experience with CMMS systems.
  • •Strong safety and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work around hazardous energy procedures (including lock-out/tag-out), and follow hazardous-drug PPE/respirator requirements.
