Job Summary

Own end-to-end project execution across multiple customer programs, using integrated scheduling, earned value management, and risk/opportunity management. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering disciplines, programs, production, quality, and supply chain to build an integrated execution plan that meets budget and schedule. Track performance, resolve execution issues, forecast revenues and costs, develop bids, and support corrective actions from field and production findings while coordinating direct customer communication and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive project engineering execution using integrated scheduling, earned value management, and risk/opportunity management.
•Collaborate across engineering, programs, production, quality, and supply chain to develop integrated execution plans meeting customer requirements.
•Track integrated execution performance and analyze execution problems, recommending and implementing resolutions to ensure successful completion.
•Forecast project revenues, monitor and re-estimate project costs monthly, and maintain/communicate plans and progress reports.
•Balance multiple projects, work autonomously with limited oversight, support corrective actions for field returns and production issues, and develop bids.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
•Ability to drive world-class project engineering execution using integrated scheduling and earned value management.
•Work cross-functionally with engineering disciplines and program, production, quality, and supply chain teams to develop integrated execution plans.
•Track execution performance, identify and resolve project execution problems, and support root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
•Develop bids based on customer proposal requests and maintain plans and progress reports to meet established targets.
