Key Responsibilities

•Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across cryptocurrency exchanges, custodians, blockchain protocols, and decentralized finance platforms
•Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms meet commercial and product goals, and align with legal, security, and regulatory requirements
•Work closely with product teams to understand partnership needs and how partners can accelerate projects on the crypto roadmap
•Manage onboarding and integration of new partners by coordinating with product, engineering, design, research, and compliance teams
•Maintain and improve relationships with existing partners, tracking performance and identifying opportunities for product and operational improvements
