Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in planning and assigning tasks to junior System Analysts.
  • •Understand business requirements and processes, define system scope, and support solution design.
  • •Develop and communicate systems design and functional specifications (system workflow, database, and APIs) and functional architecture to developers.
  • •Validate testing results, analyze outcomes, and facilitate issue resolution, including investigating and escalating production problems.
  • •Coordinate with DevOps and IT security to configure infrastructure (e.g., gateway, firewall, EDW, data lake) and ensure compliance with technology standards.

Key Requirements

  • •University education in a business or IT related field with a strong academic record.
  • •3-7 years of experience in a similar role such as Business Integration or Business Analyst.
  • •2-3 years of client-facing experience.
  • •Experience in financial services and requirements management and/or process modeling.
  • •Experience working in Scrum and knowledge of methodologies such as RUP, Kanban, Scrum, and Waterfall.
