Key Responsibilities

  • •Own post-sale customer relationships as the main point of contact and technical advisor, including executive alignment and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • •Lead technical onboarding for enterprise customers from initial setup through full integration, configuring Socket across CI/CD systems, pipelines, IDEs, and internal tooling.
  • •Investigate and resolve integration, configuration, and compatibility issues, using logs and telemetry to identify root causes and escalate to Engineering when needed.
  • •Run discovery conversations to understand customer goals, translate product capabilities into developer-friendly guidance, and conduct architecture and security posture assessments.
  • •Bring technical feedback and field intelligence back to Product and Engineering, and contribute documentation and internal tooling to scale the Technical Success practice.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Support Engineer, or similar).
  • •1+ years as the dedicated point of contact for customers, including quarterly health checks and success ownership.
  • •Background in Application Security/DevSecOps, package managers, or open-source ecosystems, or Linux systems administration and networking/firewalls alongside Docker.
  • •Experience with developer tooling and CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
  • •Ability to read and reason about code (JavaScript, Python, TypeScript) and troubleshoot production issues with engineering.
