Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Track critical milestone activities, forecast milestones, and ensure approved design standards are applied correctly across multiple projects.
  • •Verify project governance and best-practice processes are utilized, and produce formal project status reports and other required reporting.
  • •Manage supplier and project-team interfaces via monthly trackers, weekly reviews, regular meetings, and written communications.
  • •Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders; respond to RFIs and support cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or an applicable bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
  • •Effective presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools, with excellent communication skills.
