Software Security Engineering Manager, Secure Frameworks

Lead Anthropic’s Secure Frameworks Research team to build high-leverage security frameworks and libraries that make model development safer by design. You’ll set strategy and roadmaps based on security risk, define adoption and impact metrics, and manage/grow engineers delivering high-impact work. Collaborate across product, research, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure frameworks integrate smoothly with lower-layer controls and improve developer security ownership.
