Key Responsibilities

•Design, write, edit, test, and improve content across product flows, navigation elements, product names, emails, tutorials, and notifications.
•Collaborate with designers, data analysts, researchers, engineers, product managers, and marketing partners to deliver cohesive user experiences.
•Ensure a consistent voice and tone across Thumbtack product content and customer-facing channels.
•Develop content frameworks and product narratives to communicate recommendations to partners.
•Identify opportunities for impactful A/B copy tests and participate in user interviews.

Key Requirements

•1+ year of experience working on AI products, preferably generative AI.
•2+ years of experience working on 0-1 teams.
•5+ years of professional writing experience.
•4+ years of experience in UX writing or content design.
