Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily independent QA reviews of investigator and sanctions casework, assessing accuracy, completeness, adherence to AML/CFT policies, and quality of case narratives.
  • •Identify defects and provide clear, constructive feedback to investigators and team leads, including appropriate escalation and disposition assessment.
  • •Partner with Financial Crimes Operations, Team Leads, and Product to communicate findings, discuss quality trends, and resolve process gaps.
  • •Participate in QA calibration sessions and maintain consistency in scoring methodologies across the QA team.
  • •Monitor quality performance and recurring error trends, produce quality reports/dashboards, and support continuous improvement projects and QA framework enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • •Relevant compliance certification (e.g., ICA, CAMS) is an advantage.
  • •Prior experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory role within financial services, fintech, or crypto is preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations, financial crime investigations, transaction monitoring, and QA methodologies.
