Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as technical owner for Client Platform Engineering, managing the macOS fleet via Iru (Kandji) across provisioning, updates, compliance, and security baselines.
  • •Own and govern Identity and Access Management through Okta, including app integrations, SSO, lifecycle rules, SCIM provisioning, and automated access reviews.
  • •Design and implement automation for joiner/mover/leaver workflows, evidence collection, and system provisioning.
  • •Lead AI enablement initiatives by integrating modern tools into internal workflows to improve productivity and day-to-day operations.
  • •Build and manage IT infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, partnering with security and leadership to balance velocity with security.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience building and operating modern IT infrastructure in fast-growing software companies.
  • •Deep hands-on expertise in at least two domains such as large-scale Mac management, identity/access governance, IT automation, or infrastructure as code.
  • •Comfortable working with code, including Git, peer code reviews, and software engineering standards.
  • •Hands-on experience using Infrastructure as Code to manage SaaS platforms or identity providers.
  • •Proven experience designing automated user lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver) systems and related cross-platform integrations.
