Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the technical vision for Data, ML, and AI, including target architecture in collaboration with architects to ensure scalability and performance.
  • •Lead a mixed Data Scientists/Data Engineers team: coaching, feedback, knowledge sharing, and driving excellence and autonomy.
  • •Ensure end-to-end delivery of Data & AI projects from exploration to production with expected quality and timelines.
  • •Supervise production stability and performance (monitoring, alerting, incident management) and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Manage risks related to technical, organizational, and ethical concerns (including data ethics and RGPD/data security), while collaborating closely with Product Owners and Infrastructure/RUN teams.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role or managing a Data/ML team.
  • •Engineering or Master 2 degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent.
  • •Strong fundamentals in statistical modeling and Machine Learning (predictive, classification, time series) and Deep Learning.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of Data Engineering pipelines (batch and streaming), data warehouses/lakes, and production best practices.
  • •Experience with MLOps/DataOps and generative AI/LLMs (e.g., RAG/agents) plus cloud and DevOps tooling (AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
