Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Sales to perform deep discovery, map the customer organization, quantify value for $10M+ problems, and define the pilot’s MVP, success criteria, and timeline.
  • •Author the PRD, prioritize the engineering backlog, manage scope, and serve as the primary hands-on QA tester by translating requirements into data, integration, security, and operational specs.
  • •Lead technical solution delivery with FDEs: run technical discovery, shape solution architecture, conduct design reviews, and identify risks early.
  • •Own Day 0 launch and drive adoption: run the war room, capture user feedback, iterate, and ensure production readiness across data quality, testing, security, performance, and operations.
  • •Create documentation/training, scope maintenance plans, identify next engagements as a trusted advisor, and codify reusable solution patterns to share with Product and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years delivering complex, customer-facing data, analytics, AI, or software engagements, or equivalent experience as a founder/technical builder.
  • •Executive presence and excellent communication skills to build C-suite trust and drive difficult decisions.
  • •Product judgment: define what to build and why, write strong PRDs, prioritize engineering work, manage scope, and deliver agile projects to measurable outcomes.
  • •Technical fluency in modern data/AI architectures, including cloud platforms, data pipelines/models, distributed systems, APIs, security/governance, ML, and generative AI patterns.
  • •Hands-on ability in at least one language such as Python, Java, or SQL, including reviewing code/pipelines and contributing to troubleshooting.
