Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage oversight of Column’s Fintech Partners: Ensure effective ongoing oversight processes by reviewing key program metrics to identify trends, outliers or key risk indicators that require further investigation.
  • •Evaluate partnership expansions: Work with our business team to manage fintech partnership expansions, collaborating with internal SMEs to evaluate and document key risk and compliance considerations.
  • •Architect new processes: Identify inefficiencies and build new, high-velocity processes as our partnership footprint expands.
  • •Drive intelligence and reporting: Deliver high-impact metrics and briefings to senior leadership and the Board of Directors, providing the data needed to make critical business decisions.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with engineering, legal, compliance, operations and go-to-market teams to implement risk strategies across partnerships

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in high-growth environments, including management consulting, financial regulatory agency, financial services and/or fintech
