Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily production operations to achieve planned volume targets in line with production schedules.
  • •Ensure consistent delivery of Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD) objectives and monitor shift performance to address deviations.
  • •Lead and manage all Production Supervisors and shop floor personnel within the assigned shift and ensure staffing and skill coverage.
  • •Promote a strong safety culture, identify risks, and lead incident investigations with corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Monitor production KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate cross-functional support to resolve issues affecting performance.
