Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment to prepare drinks including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and macchiato.
  • •Grind and measure coffee beans for freshness, and steam/froth milk to the right texture and temperature, including latte art as requested.
  • •Take customer orders accurately, provide recommendations, and answer questions about menu items and coffee preferences.
  • •Process payments using cash registers or POS systems and handle cash/card transactions with accuracy.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, restock supplies, and collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years working experience, including 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • •2 years GCC working experience is a plus.
  • •In-depth knowledge of coffee varieties, blends, and brewing methods, including espresso extraction and milk steaming.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to take accurate orders and provide recommendations.
  • •Strong attention to detail for consistent preparation and knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
