Job Summary

Gather functional requirements and translate business needs into clear specifications for technology initiatives, including designs and functional solutions. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to analyze process issues and identify process-improvement opportunities for Global Fund Services, using data trend analysis to find and prioritize automation opportunities. Assist application development, review test plans, validate test cases and results, and help ensure successful deployment with system testing and user training.

•Analyze and assess business opportunities using data trend analysis and stakeholder input; maintain knowledge of business processes and current technology.
•Assist with system testing to ensure report accuracy and functional integrity, and facilitate training after deployment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.

•Intermediate SQL proficiency, including reading/modifying procedures and creating tables and triggers.
•Intermediate experience with Python or other scripting/programming languages for automation and solution development.
•Experience leveraging Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Apps) to build and enhance business applications.
