Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide postpartum doula support to families through Loula’s network.
  • •Deliver exceptional postpartum care while partnering with Loula’s care coordination and admin support.
  • •Participate in Loula’s client referral/doula matching process to connect with insured clients.
  • •Maintain readiness to meet required compliance elements (CPR, HIPAA, and liability insurance) as part of the partnership.
  • •Work as an independent contractor in a non-exclusive network while following Loula’s onboarding and screening process.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience as a doula, with 3 letters of recommendation OR birth/full-spectrum doula training (16 hours) plus attendance at 3 births as a doula.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
