Job Summary

Lead and scale OKX’s Affiliate and KOL programs across Europe and onshore markets. Own the product strategy, analytics, and infrastructure to drive sustainable user acquisition and transaction growth through data-driven experimentation, cross-market operations, and partner lifecycle tooling. Collaborate with BD and product teams to improve ROI and program performance in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the affiliate product strategy for EEA and other regulated onshore markets (AU, SG, UAE, BR, TR), aligned with company-level acquisition, activation, and ROI goals.
•Build data-driven systems to measure and optimize affiliate quality, retention, and ROI — giving real-time visibility into value generation.
•Own the affiliate product infrastructure — dashboard, attribution, commission calculation, campaign management, and partner lifecycle tooling across mobile, web, and APIs.
•End-to-end ownership of affiliate program operations: onboarding, campaign design, incentive experimentation, and cross-market execution.
•Design and run scalable affiliate programs — onboarding flows, incentive experimentation, promotional campaigns, and cross-market performance benchmarking.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in growth, affiliate/partnerships, or product-led growth roles, preferably at a crypto exchange or hyper-growth consumer platform.
•Strong product mindset — you think in systems, funnels, and scalability, not just campaigns and deals.
•Strong analytical capability — you can design affiliate quality scoring, cohort retention analysis, and ROI models, not just read reports.
•Experience driving growth in regulated or compliance-heavy environments, ideally across European or multi-jurisdictional markets.
•Bilingual: fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
