Help run and monitor automated and manual packaging lines, package finished products to quality standards, and rotate through multiple packaging/production roles. Perform sanitation on processing and packaging equipment per food safety practices, including freezer cleaning during defrost cycles, documenting work, and reporting concerns to the Sanitation Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

•Support packaging operations during production runs by monitoring lines and completing line checks.
•Rotate through multiple packaging and production roles throughout the shift.
•Package finished products to meet production and quality standards.
•Perform sanitation on processing and packaging equipment following food safety standards, including freezer cleaning during defrost cycles.
•Document sanitation activities and report concerns to the Sanitation Team Leader.
