Key Responsibilities

  • •Chair, co-chair, or serve on medical committees as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer, including M&M, privileging, and board committees.
  • •Support physician privileging, re-privileging, and expansion of clinical scope of practice while maintaining privilege audit targets.
  • •Coordinate case reviews at committees, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure timely follow-up and closure of recommendations and action plans.
  • •Lead physician engagement, clinical communication, and biweekly lead physician meetings to cascade updates on clinical matters and projects.
  • •Lead and coordinate clinical special projects and regulatory readiness programs, supporting service expansion and medical performance/KPI achievement.
