Job Summary

Lead the SAP Center of Excellence, aligning business and IT to standardize and optimize SAP usage (ECC 6, S/4HANA, BTP) across modules (FI/CO, MM, SD). Drive governance, architecture, roadmap strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement while managing a CoE team and external vendors to ensure secure, compliant, and accelerated value realization.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead SAP CoE operations, define and enforce governance, standards, and fit-to-standard architecture across SAP environments.
•Manage CoE team members (developers, functional experts, QA) and oversee P&L and vendor relationships.
•Oversee SAP program roadmaps, demand management, and ensure timely delivery of projects, enhancements, and Hypercare support.
•Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and third-party vendors to secure buy-in and manage stakeholder expectations.
•Drive automation, process standardization, system upgrades, performance tuning, and maintain knowledge repositories, including SIT/UAT oversight.

Key Requirements

•Extensive SAP experience (ECC 6, S/4HANA, BTP) with deep knowledge of modules (FI/CO, MM, SD).
•Governance & Strategy: Define and enforce SAP standards, best practices, architecture (S/4HANA, BTP, Cloud), and ensure compliance, security, and risk management.
•Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the CoE team (developers, functional experts, QA), managing P&L and external vendors.
•Project & Delivery Management: Oversee SAP program roadmaps, demand management, and ensure timely delivery of projects, enhancements, and support (Hypercare).
•Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and third-party vendors, managing expectations and securing buy-in.
