Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate and maintain equipment.
  • •Perform maintenance and repairs across building(s) and grounds, including electrical and plumbing work, changing lights, restroom repairs, data cable runs, and door/window repairs.
  • •Carry out routine housekeeping and cleaning, including plumbing/electrical system maintenance and demo/clean-up tasks.
  • •Follow Safety & Quality Absolutes and comply with ISO 9001, Food Safety, and ISO 15378 requirements, as well as applicable regulatory laws.
  • •Complete safety reviews prior to project start-up, report problems and quality deficiencies to management, and oversee work to ensure projects are completed.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience/proven ability in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, small engine mechanics, landscaping, or custodial work.
  • •Ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
  • •Follow safety requirements and use required PPE, including bump cap/hard hat, safety eyewear, safety shoes, hearing protection, and a disposable mask.
  • •High school graduate or equivalent and able to pass a negative drug screen.
  • •Ability to interact professionally with maintenance workers, staff, and the public; licenses where required.
