Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure daily/weekly/monthly production plan execution and achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
  • •Monitor and improve performance indicators (OEE, productivity, efficiency, scrap, FPY, OTD) and run operational follow-ups and escalations.
  • •Develop and implement manufacturing processes for existing and new products, including product transfers, NPI, and engineering change implementation.
  • •Optimize electronic manufacturing processes (SMT/THT, conformal coating, functional tests, final assembly) and implement automation projects (fixtures, poka-yokes).
  • •Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma improvement initiatives, driving root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions while ensuring process capability/quality documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronic, electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, industrial, manufacturing or related fields).
  • •5+ years in electronic manufacturing (EMS or OEM) in PCBA areas.
  • •5+ years leading production and engineering teams; experience ramping up PCBA lines is desirable.
  • •Ability to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes for existing and new products, including NPI and engineering changes.
  • •Desired IPC certification.
