Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to guide strategy and execution of Franchise initiatives.
  • •Be a trusted advisor on Franchise Growth and Enablement for cross-functional teams and customers.
  • •Deliver revenue from Franchise Solutions advisory services and related opportunities.
  • •Engage with customers to build and deliver Franchise services and generate sales leads for Mastercard Value Added Services.
  • •Collaborate with Account and Product teams to enable new opportunities across core businesses, multi-rail flows, and new customer segments.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in Japanese is required for this role.
  • •Possess a strategic and business mindset.
