Senior Email Deliverability Consultant

Own customer deliverability outcomes for high-touch brands using the Braze email infrastructure. You’ll investigate and troubleshoot email sending issues, manage and prioritize deliverability tickets, and provide reporting, best practices, and long-term planning (including IP warming). Partner closely with Customer Success, Technical Support, Sales, and Growth to improve both customer programs and internal strategies through analysis and actionable recommendations.
