Support the planning, execution, and financial administration of live events from pre-production through show settlement. Coordinate event logistics with production managers, touring personnel, vendors, and internal teams—covering budgets, forecasts, invoice processing, cash reconciliations, and post-show recaps. Help manage production staffing, scheduling, payroll entry, rider review, vehicle rentals, and production meetings, serving as a primary point of contact to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
