Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, review, and coordinate transport requests, propose daily vehicle allocations and trip schedules, and submit schedules for supervisor approval.
  • •Manage the vehicle pool, including driver rosters, follow-up on field movements, and replacement arrangements during driver absence or vehicle downtime.
  • •Maintain daily vehicle movement records, log sheets, and transport files, ensuring required signatures and availability for verification and audit.
  • •Monitor rented vehicles and drivers for presence control, documentation, technical condition, insurance validity, safety/security equipment, and compliance with WHO/WFS rental requirements.
  • •Maintain fleet data in Tracpoint/FMS, reconcile fuel and maintenance costs, support preventive maintenance and repairs, and produce monthly/ad hoc fleet reports and KPI summaries, including crash/incident documentation follow-up.

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of secondary school education or equivalent.
  • •At least three years of relevant experience in fleet, transport, logistics, administration, data management, or operations support.
  • •Experience with fleet management systems and tools such as Tracpoint/FMS, TBS, VTS, and related administration (asset).
  • •Strong transport/fleet administration skills, including vehicle documentation, records management, and routine logistics support procedures.
  • •Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, with ability to use or quickly learn Tracpoint/FMS, TBS, VTS, and ERP/workflow tools.
