Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and execute end-to-end finance processes in SAP, focused on Financial Accounting and Controlling (including AR/AP, asset accounting, and general ledger)
  • •Participate in SAP R/3 FICO rollout activities in Singapore from preparation through go-live and hypercare
  • •Monitor receivables and collections, including reconciliation, monthly statements, and issuing credit notes
  • •Manage operational processes for vendor invoices and staff expense claims, ensuring timely processing, booking, and payment
  • •Drive month-end and planning cycles by reviewing controlling postings, allocations, overhead management data, and reporting outputs for completeness and plausibility

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in finance operations covering Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger/Reporting
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • •Experience supporting finance processes using SAP (SAP experience is advantageous)
  • •Ability to stay agile when working under pressure
  • •Comfort executing finance and controlling activities including reporting and planning-related tasks
