Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate homecare and dialysis patients by examining, diagnosing, and treating according to established standards of best practice.
  • •Perform ward rounds; assess and reassess inpatients as clinically appropriate, including evaluating newly referred patients and reviewing accepted referrals.
  • •Oversee organization of tests, chase and record results, accurately document clinical information, and modify treatment based on investigation outcomes.
  • •Provide rotational coverage across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays; supervise and support newly appointed physicians as determined by the physician in charge.
  • •Liaise with outsourced medical specialties and support services, oversee preparation of patients for procedures and outsourced surgeries, and ensure compliance with policies on admissions, consultations, prescribing, discharge, confidentiality, and informed consent.

Key Requirements

  • •Education that meets DOH/DHA PQR leading to a Medical Practitioner License.
  • •NLT 2 years’ experience post internship.
  • •DOH/DHA current license.
  • •BLS provider certification.
  • •Experience with both pediatric and adult patients.
