Sr. TA Specialist

Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned manufacturing business units and plant locations in a fast-paced environment. Partner with HR and Operations to shape workforce planning-aligned recruiting strategies, build proactive talent pipelines for hourly and skilled trades roles, and advise hiring managers with labor market insights and interview best practices. Track and report key recruiting KPIs, collaborate with internal/external partners, and support employer brand recruiting campaigns, events, and workforce development initiatives.
