Job Summary

Lead Enterprise Lean Sigma efforts by applying Lean/Six Sigma philosophy to analyze supply chain processes and eliminate non-value-added activities. Initiate, manage, and implement site and business-unit improvement projects, serving as a change agent and mentoring others on continuous improvement practices. Use Value Stream Mapping to establish baselines, track CI metrics, improve site layout and flow, and support plant-level strategy planning by reporting results and issues to the ELS Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and apply Enterprise Lean Sigma methods through training and certification.
•Analyze supply chain activities to identify projects/process changes that remove non-value-added work and improve value for customers.
•Initiate, lead, and implement assigned continuous improvement projects and drive breakthrough changes.
•Use Value Stream Mapping to establish baseline processes, measure progress, and support plant-level strategy planning.
•Train, educate, and mentor others in Lean/Sigma principles; track and report CI metrics and issues to the ELS Manager.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Recently certified Black Belt (or relatively new) and experience in process or project engineering; typically 5+ years in related business, operations, or Lean experience (technical and/or manufacturing).
•Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead change and motivate others to accept process changes.
•Excellent project management skills and strong quantitative/analytical capability with critical thinking.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present complex topics clearly and work across multiple functions and levels.
