Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and apply Enterprise Lean Sigma methods through training and certification.
  • •Analyze supply chain activities to identify projects/process changes that remove non-value-added work and improve value for customers.
  • •Initiate, lead, and implement assigned continuous improvement projects and drive breakthrough changes.
  • •Use Value Stream Mapping to establish baseline processes, measure progress, and support plant-level strategy planning.
  • •Train, educate, and mentor others in Lean/Sigma principles; track and report CI metrics and issues to the ELS Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Recently certified Black Belt (or relatively new) and experience in process or project engineering; typically 5+ years in related business, operations, or Lean experience (technical and/or manufacturing).
  • •Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead change and motivate others to accept process changes.
  • •Excellent project management skills and strong quantitative/analytical capability with critical thinking.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present complex topics clearly and work across multiple functions and levels.
