Job Summary

Execute and continuously improve user access review and governance processes across critical applications, platforms, and infrastructure. Support configuration and administration of IAM platforms (including Veza), help design access review strategies, and drive automation opportunities. Analyze access data to detect risks and anomalies, coordinate remediation with application owners, and report on review metrics and trends to stakeholders. Partner with global IAM/security engineering teams to maintain playbooks and standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, coordinate, and execute periodic user access reviews across critical applications, platforms, and infrastructure.
•Collaborate with system owners to define the scope, schedule, and criteria for access reviews.
•Analyze access data to identify anomalies such as excessive privileges, inactive or orphaned accounts, and role conflicts.
•Drive remediation with reviewers and application owners to ensure timely and correct completion of access reviews.
•Develop access review governance processes and support IAM tool configuration and optimization (including Veza), including reporting metrics and trends to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), IT Security, Technology Risk, or related areas.
•Hands-on experience performing access reviews, access certifications, or permission administration.
•Knowledge of IAM governance concepts and tools, including access governance platforms such as Veza, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
•Experience managing identity lifecycle events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and applying least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD).
•Strong analytical skills to interpret access data and identify relevant risk patterns; excellent verbal and written English communication.
