Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, and execute periodic user access reviews across critical applications, platforms, and infrastructure.
  • •Collaborate with system owners to define the scope, schedule, and criteria for access reviews.
  • •Analyze access data to identify anomalies such as excessive privileges, inactive or orphaned accounts, and role conflicts.
  • •Drive remediation with reviewers and application owners to ensure timely and correct completion of access reviews.
  • •Develop access review governance processes and support IAM tool configuration and optimization (including Veza), including reporting metrics and trends to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), IT Security, Technology Risk, or related areas.
  • •Hands-on experience performing access reviews, access certifications, or permission administration.
  • •Knowledge of IAM governance concepts and tools, including access governance platforms such as Veza, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
  • •Experience managing identity lifecycle events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and applying least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD).
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret access data and identify relevant risk patterns; excellent verbal and written English communication.
