Job Summary

Lead end-to-end store operations as a Store Manager, representing the Levi’s brand and values. Drive profit and loss targets, maximize sell-out, and control costs through stock management, payroll, admin, and rota planning. Monitor KPIs and performance, analyze commercial data, and support the District Manager with action plans. Coach and develop your team with training, product knowledge, and recruitment/induction of high-caliber talent in a fast-paced retail environment.

•Monitor KPIs by running reports, analyzing commercial data, and updating the District Manager with action plans.
