Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee corporate and JV financial reporting, ensuring consistency across source systems and compliance with closing deadlines.
  • •Deliver monthly and annual reporting, ensuring JV and corporate reporting obligations are completed on schedule.
  • •Lead month-end closures and perform financial analysis to support executive reporting and strategic decision-making.
  • •Oversee executive reporting including Contract Asset & Liability management under IFRS 15.
  • •Support tax compliance (R&D tax credit, transfer pricing) and coordinate external audit activities for periodic and annual financial reviews.

Key Requirements
