Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply with all safety requirements and participate in safety activities, including Lockout/Tagout/try-out procedures.
  • •Troubleshoot, install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment supporting unit and facility operations.
  • •Diagnose electrical/mechanical malfunctions, modify electrical systems as directed, and perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
  • •Perform mechanical and electrical tasks including working with PLCs, drives, transformers, breakers, motor-control devices, and control valves.
  • •Enter work orders/notifications in SAP, coordinate maintenance downtime with production, and maintain shift reporting and shop housekeeping.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED (or equivalent) and 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing multi-craft maintenance experience.
  • •Ability to use shop/hand tools and meters (including multi-meter and meg ohm meter) and perform preventative maintenance.
  • •Ability to read blueprints and schematics and understand tolerances using precision measuring tools.
  • •PLC knowledge preferred; advanced control and 480-volt electrical circuit knowledge preferred.
  • •Ability to work overtime or weekends on short notice and maintain accurate, thorough work with good attendance.
