  • •Assist client staff with day-to-day Fortinet product operations and support.
  • •Develop methods of procedure (MOPs) for migrations, upgrades, and updates.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support, and/or administration.
  • •5+ years of experience with network security products.
  • •2+ years of experience with Fortinet products.
  • •Solid understanding of security and networking principles and technologies, including switching, routing, load balancing, WiFi, and security systems such as firewalls, IPS, and VPNs.
  • •Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and the ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
