Key Responsibilities

  • •Full responsibility for planning and budget of architectural planning
  • •Lead discipline sub-projects in general planning
  • •Plan including detail planning, coordination, and realization of architectural projects from design to completion
  • •Develop innovative, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing architectural solutions within time and cost limits
  • •Coordinate with clients, engineers, construction contractors, and other specialists; ensure compliance with building regulations and environmental requirements and estimate costs

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in architecture
  • •At least 10 years of professional experience starting after Master/Diploma graduation (LPH 1–5), including at least 5 years in LPH 3–4 and 3 years in LPH 5
  • •Experience planning, coordinating, and executing architecture projects in the German market
  • •Experience in managing a planning team and project management is desired
  • •Good knowledge of German building regulations and environmental requirements; experience implementing sustainable architectural solutions
