Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and secure new sources of recovered paper and manage the quality flow to assigned Sonoco paper mills
  • •Create and optimize cost-effective supply plans across mills using Sales & Operations Planning and MRP logic; manage seasonal stock builds
  • •Review and authorize production schedules for shop floor use and balance customer demand with supply
  • •Maintain bill-of-material accuracy and manage inventory stock at business-plan levels; control working capital through inventory planning
  • •Lead inbound and outbound logistics and warehouse/inventory management (including safety/logistics quality), manage staff resources/training, and chair daily supply chain meetings

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with on-time in full delivery to customer
  • •Experience with Perfect Order and schedule adherence
  • •Experience managing working capital and stock levels
  • •Experience with inventory accuracy, production works order accuracy, and master data accuracy
