Key Responsibilities

•Source, interview, hire, and onboard Clean Energy Ambassadors with recruiting team support.
•Deliver training and provide in-field coaching to increase productivity of in-store reps.
•Direct daily supervision, hold huddles and weekly 1:1s, and track KPIs to ensure performance standards.
•Plan and schedule staffing levels at retail locations and optimize staffing hours and personnel.
•Serve as primary Sunrun point of contact for retailers, ensure satisfaction, coordinate in-store events, and conduct field audits for compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
•2+ years of direct people management experience with a proven record of meeting performance standards.
•3+ years of prior experience in a quota-driven sales position (highly preferred).
•Strong communication skills and ability to coach and develop a team culture.
•Proficiency with email, Excel, Word, and CRM tools (Salesforce); Google Suite preferred.
