•Identify the needs, irritants and requirements of the R&D teams and translate them into digital solutions.
•Automate repetitive tasks and data flows to improve efficiency and data access.
•Develop scripts, connectors and services that enhance operational efficiency for the R&D teams.
•Design and develop applications and automation services (Power Platform, Python, SQL) to meet evolving needs.
•Ensure documentation, robustness, and maintainability of the solutions and align with IT/Data standards and governance.

•Ability to translate business needs into digital solutions and automate data workflows
